Once laid and waxed the colour and texture offer a relaxing natural background for any room within old or new property Terracotta is quite simply baked clay, and is traditionally sun baked or fired in wood burning kilns mainly in Spain & Mexico although many other countries produce variants of terracotta. In some cases modern kilns have replaced the old fashioned sun baking process
